Diali launched On Point Leadership to help people feel EMPOWERED about where they are in their personal life and career and to feel INSPIRED to get where they still desire to go!

Diali "started from the bottom" and has worked diligently to get to where she is today, happy and successful. Diali describes success as, "Each person has their own definition- there is no right or wrong answer". Her career and experience span over three decades of national defense, public safety, and corporate security leadership where she continues to learn from every position she holds and from the people around her. People energize Diali... As she says, "People are my jam".

Diali is a proud Army Veteran and continues to mentor veterans throughout the nation. She is currently completing her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Southeastern University, with a focus on authentic leadership. She earned her MS in Leadership from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and her BA in Sociology and Criminal Justice Administration from Columbia College. She has been awarded and recognized many times for her positive results on complex projects and for bringing teams together in changing environments.

Diali's hobbies include traveling and learning about different cultures, target shooting, watching documentaries, trying new restaurants, playing with her many pets, and spending quality time with her beautiful family.​
